On a scrap of paper, have each person compose two truths about themselves along with one lie that could be true (not outlandish)
Then, one by one, each group member shares their truths and one lie, and the other members have to guess which one wasn't true.

Each person gets 3 cards - list their norms
Post these, walk around once and read all ideas, and have members vote on the 7 most popular
fine tune - combine to work toward goal of 7 norms
